Came in today because I was having chest pains I've never had before along with shortness of breath and a painful cough. Not only did the Hispanic looking woman maybe Early 20's make me feel like I was diseased she shooed me right out and told me to sit in my car. When she called she was extremely rude to the point I wanted to just leave and suffer through it hoping it wasn't anything serious. Then she informed me that my insurance card that I just gave them for the 100th time was rejected. When I told her that I was just here 2 weeks ago for labs she informed me that they don't have my insurance on file anymore because she had to remove it from my file. This place is horrible. Every time I've come to the urgent care portion it's been an issue. Staff is rude and always assuming that you are just looking for a opioid prescription. No compassion whatsoever

Dr. Martin and Nurse Catherine were so prompt, efficient and professional. My toddler has practiced playing doctor for a good year now and knows the routine when coming in any doctors office. We were the last patient of their hectic day and we really appreciate their quick diagnosis. They got us in and out just in time to pick up prescription at Walgreens. Thank you both for your help.

We took our 2.5 year old son here over the weekend for an ear infection and had an absolute great experience! It was very fast and efficient service. All of the staff was EXTREMELY friendly and helpful! The intake nurse/coordinator was great, our nurse was so kind to both myself and my son and Dr Martin was superb! He worked so well with my son, we would sure return if needed!
