Maintence is frickin amazing here, always professional, kind, in unform which is always clean, and they are extremely quick! Our building is about 25 years old and so sometimes things go bad, they are out next day! I am extremely thankful. If you look at my other reviews of prior comunnitues maintence you will see i give brutally honest feedback that isnt always good, but here, Oh my BaJesus its just outstanding! Thank you to all the folks on staff keeping our place beautiful! Also the property manager and her staff are so sweet and kind and dont make me feel badly for asking for work orders, they handle everything and are extremely responsive and professional, they are always well dressed and groomed, just good people who clearly care about their tenants and put quite a bit of effort out to keepo everything taken care of and nice. I am so thankful for the entire office staff and maintence. Just sooo much better then where we came from before. Also pay no attention to any negative feedback you see on posts here, sure things need work orders, its a 25 year old community, but let me tell you, THEY HANDLE EVERYTHING SO PROFESSIONALLY and QUICKLY. So anybody who posts not so good reviews of this place probably just wants to complain, because there is no reason to complain, everything gets handled and taken care of here. We are so so so THANKFUL for this staff here and the way they handle everything. Cassie and Tyler :)

There are other options and I highly recommend checking somewhere else. This place has a long list of issues. Bugs, poor maintenance, nothing works, poor landscaping, dirty siding, over growth of weeds, bushes, and trees, loose electrical …Thank you for the feedback.

This could be lack of payment, breaking the lease or leaving the apartment home in very poor condition. We welcome you to stop by and see for yourself.
