My name is Adrienne Walker. I have Been dr. Dang's patient for over 4 years. His professionalism, expertise, and caring are second to none. He is a brilliant doctor and the best doctor I have ever had and, unfortunately, I have had a lot of doctors. It is an honor and a privilege to be his patient. I highly recommend dr. Dang to anyone who needs an orthopedic surgeon because they are in the best hands possible. I cannot say enough good things about dr. Dang. He's a credit doctors everywhere and he is the epitome of what a doctor should be.

Dr Dang did a detailed and minimally invasive more than 2 hour emergency surgery on my brother's hip. What a guy. Checked on him regularly with his wise eagle eyes and good natured self - my brother might not have healed so well but for him, up and moving the next day. Thank you Dr Dang and team

Dear Dr. Dang, I have a Dupuytren's nodule in my palm that is expanding. Would you be open to doing steroid injections into it to slow down its progression?

I am open to doing steroid injections to Dupuytren's nodules. I typically do them for painful nodules to help with pain but it does not typically alter the characteristics of the nodule. Some find that it softens it up but not always the case. There is some science behind how steroid injections can slow the progression but the evidence is not entirely there as we still do not know how to predict which cases will progress and which will not. Several treatment options exist if contractures occur including needle releases which can be done in the office for the right type of contracture, Xiaflex injection and manipulation and at times even surgery. Would be happy to see you and discuss further if you would like. Please contact the office or have your primary send a referral if needed to (360)814-6800. Some insurances also require preach before we can inject and this may then require another visit before we can inject. Take care, Jimmy
