I’ve always had a good experience at this urgent care, but went in with C@vid symptoms and I’m pregnant. The doctor prescribed a cough medicine, which I was happy about, but since coming home, I did some looking online and the drug isn’t even safe to take while pregnant. Not even close! The pharmacist probably wouldn’t even give it to me if I actually went in to fill it. I made appoint to tell the nurse and doctor multiple times that I was pregnant. Make sure you look up your medications before taking them!

Had a very good experience here, was in yesterday for what turned out to be something easily treated, but some of the symptoms could have been signs of something much more serious. It was taken seriously and I was brought in immediately because of the nature of the symptoms. I wish I could remember the name of the woman at the front desk, she was very friendly. A nurse by the name of Dionne took my vitals, she was remarkably pleasant and friendly, and then I was able to see a doctor Girotto, who was just outstanding. I love when doctors are present and engaging and really want to treat what is wrong. Just wanted to review because I was dreading going in, the symptoms I was experiencing could not be ignored but I have had so many bad experiences with healthcare providers that I was sure it would take forever and I would be treated rudely. This was the exact opposite and I just wanted to thank them.

I received terrible care and treatment at this location. I am in the middle of treatment that leaves me immune compromised with a cancer specialist in Seattle. When I came down with a high fever, I was instructed to go to an urgent care nearby to get tests done quickly, as you can get very sick in just a few hours when you are immune compromised. My oncologist wanted just two blood tests done (not an unreasonable amount, and again this was an urgent situation). The urgent care doctor I saw, Dr. O'Kinsella, was absolutely rude and condescending. He refused to order the tests and stated that if I had a previous diagnosis, then he would not collaborate with any other doctor or provider. Even when my oncological nurse was on the phone just asking for him to order one test, he refused. He had no consideration for the need to get these tests done quickly. He clearly had a chip on his shoulder about working with specialists, and I paid for it. In the end, he relented and ordered one of two tests, but the second one takes hours to get results back so if it's needed, I will be very sick before we get results. In order to be fair, the check in staff, my nurses and the lab tech were all excellent. The doctor just was so horrible, I can't give more than 1 star.

Wow! Can not even begin to describe how horrible this place is. Spent over 3 hours waiting (was told it would be a 2 hr wait) and ended up having to leave. Missed our on 4 hours of work. What a joke. Anyone who thinks we have have good health care in America needs to wake up! Only reason I wasn't just going through general practitioner is that there was no appointmenta available for over a month. America is dying!!! But hey did you remember to get your vaccine!? Pleas come back in 6-8 months for your booster!
