My blind daughter was having trouble with her phone. We were told that someone would be happy to help, and a couple of minutes later, the gentleman was working on her phone. A couple of minutes later, the phone was working properly again, and we were heading out the door! Thank you AT&T!

I decided to help an elderly friend by getting them a cell phone for emergency use. Last week I spent about 3 hours on the phone with AT&T through 611 and it was beyond frustrating. FINALLY, after being transferred multiple times and having to call back several times, I was told I had to go to a local store to get a prepaid SIM card. Cris, and the Sequim store to the rescue! When I called, he was friendly, honest, and accommodating. When I showed up, he was efficient, laid back, and super helpful in getting me set up. Grateful to run across some still sane people during Covid crazy!
