Been here since july 2018 everything was outdated , had to report a baby mice i killed the first 3months living here . since march of 2019 the bugs have increased. I am not living in their newly renovated apartments which theyre making us professionally clean the carpet, although their pulling up the carpet. Everything is communicated by email or voicemail which they do not return. This is my last lease( havent gotten a chance to look). I am not paying to remodel this apartment.it looked like this since 2011( my sister lived in another building at that time) including the carpet. 100 dollar rent increase with nothin in return. i recommend you check out the apartment make sure it looks like the exact ones on the website. They switched new management in march of 2022, leaving for work they put a letter on our doors ironically they didnt date the letter.

This place is literally falling apart. Broken facade, broken laundry machines, broken AC, etc. New management company has raised rent astronomically and improved absolutely nothing. The office is virtually inaccessible to residents and the staff have attitudes like venomous reptiles.

I have lived in these apartments for over 6 years. This long because it truly is a great place to stay. Although not perfect, it has been a great place to raise my children. Maintenance always comes when requested, office management have always been more than helpful. If I’ve ever had an issue they have always addressed it immediately. It has always felt like “home.” Neighbors are pleasant, no noise issues, no crime. We get routine filter replacements, and bug checks which I love and appreciate. It’s very convenient living near Polaris and Easton, right next to 161, and grocery/stores.

Although I wasn't approved due to low credit, Cindy !!! Referred me to some apartments that work with low credit😄 & I was APPROVED!!!!. I LOVE my apartment !!! Its not only beautifully renovated & really spacious, it's my very 1st apartment. I am 100% satisfied THANK YOU CINDY 😄💕💕💕
