My family got covid. We had them as our primary care provider. They refused to provide any service to us. My wife still has breathing problems and they still refuse to see her and it has been a few weeks.

Rating a 3. I have come here many times for different things for myself and kids. This time I was coming for a covid test for my niece whom I care for I have never been confronted with "do we have custody paperwork on file". They do have it and clearly all she had to do was look it up and not approach it the way she did. Everything you need to see is in a patients file on the computer. Other than I haven't personally had any issue but she needs to learn how to approach different family dynamics

This place is an absolute joke. We came in for a rapid Covid test because we were an exposure. They only do Covid related stuff here at this time yet have only 1 doctor. My husband asked what is taking so long (after 2 hours of waiting) and the response was it’s a shift change and there is only 1 doctor on. Why on earth would they have just 1 doctor on. We simply need the results. I’m pretty sure one of the nurses could easily read the results, tell us and send us on our way . I’ve never been more frustrated with a health center . It’s worse than the ER.

I went today with my daughter to get a covid test and I have never met a more professional and patient group of people; from the person who checked me in, to the nurse, to the doctor. They all were so kind and professional. They were incredibly busy. The nurses and doctors were actually running out to cars to tend/ take covid test to patients. Their patients during a stressful time should be awarded.

You'll want to call to see if they even offer covid testing.
It depends on which type of test you receive. For someone who meets the criteria for a rapid test, that is a 15-minute test plus the time of the appointment. A regular test that has to be sent to an outside lab can vary but typically takes about 3 days.

Doctor Thomas Portuese is excellent its only worth going if you request to see him.
Urgent care and pharmacy at least. Anything else is about scheduling.
