I had a great experience at this physicians office. I called the office, set up and appointment, and was seen the same day! The staff were friendly and checked me in very quickly. I was seen by Dr. Osborn within 5-10 minutes of walking in the front door. Dr. Osborn took time to make a personal connection with me and I would recommend him and this office to anyone.

Very caring and patient people work here. The receptionist are always polite and helpful and I'm so glad I started seeing Raju Sadal. He very thorough, listens to you and puts you at ease right away. I'm 100% happier going here now.

Questions & Answers

If I'm lucky, I get a call back that day. If not so lucky, it can be upwards 2+ days. Is there any way of perfecting this new system?

You're welcome. I've been a patient for about the same time & also have a pretty decent rapport with them. I know they changed systems but it's been a couple of months now (as far as I can recall) and it seems like they should have the bugs worked out by now. I'm going to need to call in a refill again soon, so it's very nice of you to keep me in the loop with whatever you find out. Best of luck!

I have a complaint and cannot get hold of the office manager to try and work this problem out. The new telephone system is definitely not working. When trying to get hold of the office, there is an answering service.

Ty for your opinion. I have been a patient there for approximately 3 years and have a good rapport with them. I'm might get an answer in the next day or so, but maybe not. I'll let u know what they say.
