I’ve been here for about 2.5 years and Lynn has very bad habit of never contacting you back and try’s to up the rent with just verbal words with no written papers. She is very nice but doesn’t care about all of us. I have a baby and some of my neighbors can be extremely loud and she doesn’t care about those things.

Quiet and very warm apartments. Heat, water and sewage included my opinion service is good. Installed grab bars in my bathroom they helped my power of attorney get this apartment. My professional experience with city apartments I would give this place 5 stars. Thank you.

I lived here for 3 years and I honestly think this is the best apartment complex in the area. It is quiet and peaceful. Windows are outdated but not a big deal really. Rent includes heat so the price is fantastic
