This dealership was great! Addison Winch took amazing care of my wife and I. From letting us check the vehicle to test driving and answering all of our questions. We had a 1.5 yr old with us and the hospitality from every there was great with handling a young kid. Overall Addison was by far the best dealer rep I’ve worked with. Him and Walter and Tyler in finance took care of us. They got us a great deal on two brand new 22 Highlanders that will serve my family for years to come. My family and I came home with a beautiful 2022 Toyota 4Runner tonight. Romeo Toyota of Glens Falls was absolutely amazing to work with. I was able to take the vehicle and test ride it for a while which gave me an opportunity to really get a feel for the truck. Furthermore, Mike and his staff were super friendly and easy going. I had the best car buying experiences today at Romeo Toyota of Glens Falls. I originally contacted them about 3 weeks ago about a full size SUV they had on their lot. I was called back in a very timely manner by Stefan in sales and then by Nick in management. From day 1, Stefan stayed in touch with me on a daily basis and even provided his personal cell # so we could stay in touch, even at 9pm a few times. I hit a few unexpected delays on taking the drive down there but that wasn’t an issue. They held the vehicle for me the whole time. I have never seen this from a dealership…..Usually get the “someone else is looking at it, you ready to buy or put a deposit on it” approach. That was never the case! Today I took the almost 3 hour drive from Vermont and I couldn’t be happier. Stefan and Nick were amazing but the whole staff was friendly and I actually (for the first time at a dealership) felt like they truly cared and just not taking my money. Even was greeted by Mike and the other sale reps to just have a friendly conversation while my paperwork was being completed. The process was simple and easy so thank you Romeo Toyota. I will definitely be referring people to you and I will back for my next vehicle purchase Thank you Stefan, Nick and the rest of the Romeo team!
