Received neighbors package in mailbox. Terrible phone service. Wait time over an hour. My orders where never received. USPS need to be de-funded and UPS/Fed-ex/ private shippers take over. This is a great example of a terrible run government service, exactly why America is not ready for a government run health system. This is why I prefer private companies for ALL services.

Communication between the Postmaster and the residents are poor. Don’t take any responsibility for losing mail and make no attempt to locate it. They feed you a line how they’ve doing all they can to locate your mail meanwhile they’re not even working that day.

more than once i've had a packaged delivered to a parcel locker and no key to said locker was left so I couldn't GET my package. I've had a service rep there be extremely rude to me on the phone, and frankly I dread having to call. In person seems to be better. But it's not 'large' as one reviewer wrote. there are a max of maybe 5 or 6 windows, and typically only 1 or 2 are open most times.
