I have a complaint and cannot get hold of the office manager to try and work this problem out. The new telephone system is definitely not working. When trying to get hold of the office, there is an answering service.

Ty for your opinion. I have been a patient there for approximately 3 years and have a good rapport with them. I'm might get an answer in the next day or so, but maybe not. I'll let u know what they say.

I can't help with the complaint since I'm just another patient, but I can say that I'm having the same problem getting through to the office staff. Every time I've called during the last month or two, I get the service. (which I found out just recently is the main operator at the hospital) I did finally get a call back from one of the gals at the front desk the last time I called in for a prescription refill, but that was only after explaining to the operator that I'd already left 2 messages over a period of several days and was completely out of a daily medicine. When they called me back and I was finally able to get my request through, it was handled right away. Maybe you could ask to speak to the patient representative at the hospital, since Broad Street Medical is part of GF Hospital?? Oh, and if you don't mind, I'd love to know what you find out if you do get answers. It's very frustrating when you can't get through to your primary doctor's office!
