I love the Post Star and after some initial ups and downs, the current delivery has been 100% terrific for quite a while. The paper is delivered with care and consistency. Considering the situation with the pandemic and hiring difficulties, they've done extremely well to keep things going so beautifully. Printing matters, and this paper is always in excellent condition, clear text, great layout, and no ink left on my hands after reading. Their local feature writers and columnists are top notch, and I feel that I am always adequately apprised of the current news. In addition to the paper edition which I love, the online and email experiences are also very satisfactory. The only addition I'd like to see would be a regular church directory page. Very politically biased, and lacks relevant and factual reports. Most of their reports are more or less just opinions of a story from a clouded mind. Skipping out on the actual facts to protect their political agenda. Quick to publish police reports of alleged crimes, but almost never publish a story about the proved innocence. Unless they are trying to continually badger the innocent in a twisted or pointed article. About the only thing they are good for is local obituaries...

I just cancelled my long held subscription to this publication. I'm tired of dealing with their inept billing department. Each billing cycle, the price increases by 30% - 40% and when you call the local number, you connect with someone in God knows where who can hardly speak English. We agreed on a semi-annual price of $122 and they send me a bill for $190. Also I might add, I had a vacation hold for the month of February that their billing department just can't seem figure out how to apply. All this, coupled with this paper's constant spewing of left leaning, liberal bias was enough for me to pull the CANCEL trigger.

Notified the Post Star of my new address well in advance of moving. A week+ after the move still waiting for my paper. I've called every day and nothing has been done! Two weeks of not receiving my paper, called customer service. They said they would credit my account. Still did not receive the paper, so I canceled. Got $20 back on a year's subscription with 5 months left on it and of course no credit for the missed papers!!!
