This apartment complex use to be ok when Barbara was in office. She cared about the tenants and didn’t tolerate any BS. Ever since she left the complex has went down hill. There is never a consistent manager, they let anybody move in, lots of drug activity, random people come into the complex and sit in there car watching, and if you have an issue with a tenant the manager wont do anything. You cant get a hold of corporate at all! All they care about is government money. The apartment still have old stuff in them since there were built, no upgrades unless you move out. Oh and then they want to charge you to put up new blinds knowing the windows have the old blinds setting.
