Hi Cristina. Our minimum age for an ear lobe piercing is 10 years old. Every shop carries a different minimum age, but I am not aware of any reputable shops piercing young infants if that was what you we're looking for. Hi Brooke, we normally offer nostril piercings for individuals 14 years old and up with parental consent. However, because of the current COVID -19 situation, we are not offering any services under the mask. This includes nostril, septum, tongue and any oral piercings. Once the mask mandate is no longer in effect, we will resume those services. In the meantime, if you would like anything else done please let us know - we would love to help you out.

Hi Keshy. I am the piercer at RedHouse Tattoo. Thanks for reaching out about a new piercing. The cost for a septum piercing is $35 plus the cost of jewelry. The starting cost for jewelry is $20 - $35 for simple non-gemmed jewelry and prices go up from there depending on what you want to get pierced with. We have a lot of different options for all piercings. We must mention that at the moment we are not offering piercing services to areas under a mask. This includes nostril, septum, tongue and lips. We will resume piercing these areas in the future, but have not set a timeframe for when that change will occur. Follow us online for updates.

Hi Sandi. Our shop performs all piercings with a single use needle. Piercing guns do not offer a fully sterile procedure. A reputable piercer who is trained correctly will perform a piercing with the highest level of consideration to safety and cross contamination. Our piercer belongs to the Association of Professional Piercers which means he maintains high standards for his membership. There are also concerns to the jewelry quality used in a piercing gun. The jewelry we use for an initial piercing is of an implant grade standard. Jewelry used in a piercing gun is never of the same quality. The list of reasons to avoid a piercing gun is quite long. If you are looking for something a bit more special like gemstones, precious stones and gold we have that too but prices will vary by the piece.
