It is clean it has enough parking and enough seating. Easier than flying this is just get on and as the train gets moving they will check your ticket and put a little index card above your seat with the train station you're getting off at very easy.

All around the building lots of space. I guess the best alternative is going to new era across from it. Very safe

If you buy a round trip ticket and it starts and ends at the same station you can park your car as long as you want. Just notify the clerk

Yes you can. Make sure you get a ticket from inside which is free.
