Why is it acceptable for me to pay my copay and wait for up to an hour for an appointment, but when I am 20 minutes late to an appointment, after previously calling and advising them I’ll be late, they’re rude and threaten not to see me...

I hate that too. What's the sense of making an appointment if you can't follow your schedule? Stop booking so many appointments based upon the chance that someone MIGHT cancel.

I was told that Dr. Conroy is no longer at UBMD as of May 1, 2021. Can anyone tell me her new address and if she is with another group?
