I have been a tenant here for almost 2 months. There are several issues with the apartments here, like, several, (I will give the leasing office time to rectify this before re-posting about what the issues are), but the ONLY two huge factors to even consider this place is because Dixie, the property manager is the most awesome person, and will follow up with whatever she is aware of diligently. She does her job, and does it well. The other factor is that there is one maintenance staff, Eric, who is also absolutely amazing. He has gone above and beyond whatever is asked of him, makes sure that he follows up to see that everything is in good working order, and makes sure that he does an excellent job the first time around so that there isn't a need to call him back for a follow up visit. He definitely deserves a raise and a promotion! Especially in comparison to the rest of the staff that I have had to encounter here.

It’s a pretty community but I don’t recommend living here. I’ve killed more cockroaches than an exterminator, you can hear your neighbors conversations, and it’s way too overpriced. The walls are what I like to call “smokers yellow” and the hallways are nasty. Maintenance is not very helpful and last time I put a request in they took weeks to respond. The management team is friendly but honestly the building is just so old and run down. You are required to pay for community internet and cable which is $75 a month. 2 stars because the community internet is pretty fast and reliable surprisingly.

Would not recommend. Office staff are unprofessional. They lost my lease and I had to sign a new one (I signed an electronic doc) then they lost my a money order for my rent but applied one to my account and they were in The same envelope then when I called about it they hung up on me. They said they fixed my tub but they didn't and completed the maintenance request even though there is literally paint chipping off my tub and clogging my drain. They add late fees to my account after I pay my rent. They don't respond to emails or voice-mail but will email you everyday about the internet upgrades even though they wouldn't give me the password for the wifi that I pay for, for about 3 years and I had to use guest wifi. There's also not enough parking and they barely shovel and plow.

I got a very good move in special for $300 off monthly rent for a year when I moved in November of 2021. The walls are so thin you can hear everything. Like seriously so thin. There's a dog across the hall that barks all day long. They do not salt or shovel any of the walkways. The exterior doors that are supposed to be secured are mostly busted. We're it not for the chain on my door I would not feel super safe living here. Maintenance is ok. They responded fairly quickly but have yet to resolve the issues. It took them nearly 4 hours to fix my hot water and it turned out to just be on knob that needed turned... There are rats in the dumpsters. Thankfully none in the building so far. The leasing office and staff are very nice and helpful. However they have not responded to my request to fix the locks on the doors...

Only two pets I believe. There is a one time pet deposit. There are also pet weight restrictions. Very dog friendly community though. I've seen some pretty big dogs so I don't believe the size is that big a deal
What if you don't have a credit other than hospital bills? Would that be 600 per person or if both people were at least 500 each sorry if you don't know just figure I would ask in case you would happen to know :)
