Went to apply and turn in application fee only to find out office was closed. Left several messages with the call center Noone returned my call. Very unprofessional

neighborhood stealing package . I order some stuff from eBay and Amazon and Macy’s and other website whenever it comes somebody steal it from my porch. Never order anything from online someone’s going to steal it. Now Macy’s Have refused to send any online order from my address. Because I never received them. Friday two boys coming from school they stole my package I saw them on the camera, they are very young their age is like less than 12 years. I think They been sent by their parents. Please you need to solve this problem. I can’t wait to move out, because I can’t even order anything because someone gonna take it. Now I have to order and pick it up in CVS and also have to pay for extra cash for that. The manager have to do something about this. maybe send a letter to everyone warning if you get caught you could be evicted. Previously I gave you guys one star . But now I am moving it to 5 stars, Because maintenance is getting better and the management is getting better. But the light bill is too high

I have lived in these houses for nine months, I had to make my lease short because I was having so many problems with the house, there were so many bugs inside of the house, the walls had Open space in it where I could see outside, the houses are so close to each other, you can smell other peoples food. Every time The maintenance would come to fix a problem they will take it out of my rent, The maintenance don’t know what they’re doing they will create more problems in the house then to fix them .my house payment went from being $830 to be $970 A month. I would not recommend these houses to anyone. Not even on my worst enemy. The neighborhood has a thief in it, I ordered from fashion nova clothes that cost me $1000, I told him that I did not receive the box of clothing, the Manager did not care whatsoever. I had boxes that were delivered to my house from Amazon, Amazon takes a picture of anything you order in front of your house and they would post that on the app. I saw the box that was delivered in front of my house, I left work early to make sure I get that box. Someone had already taken. The manager did not do anything at all. These are the worst apartments in the entire planet. Please go and look for a different place to stay don’t apply for this place. I don’t know who you would be then you don’t know who I am but from experience of me living in these apartments for nine months I am telling you run away.
