As a first time apartment renter, it's exactly what I needed. Maintenance is prompt, neighbors are nice and courteous. No problems at 5 months in.

Very poor maintenance service, our AC hasn’t been working for almost 2weeks now i went to the office a couple times and the lady at the office says she is gonna send someone to check it it’s been 2weeks now we still haven’t got anybody to fix it yet, we had to go to our aunts house to sleep over at night because it’s too hot with the weather being 80+ degree we can’t sleep in a house without an AC and the lady at the office her only solution is open the windows she is supposed to be helping us and i am very upset that we can’t even sleep in our own house and she isn’t helping us. This isn’t a one time thing we had the same problem last winter the heat wasn’t working i think the whole system needs to be fixed the problem keeps happening every month and we have to wait for weeks to get it fixed and she never answers the office phone is there any other number that we can contact penny lane mews? Because the lady at the office she never picks up the phone she always says leave a voicemail and when we do she doesn’t call us back the only number that picks up is the emergency number and they can’t help u with everything that u need so every time u need to get something fixed you have to go to the office. And she is rude the other day i was telling her that we can’t sleep at night we need the AC to be fixed as soon as possible all she had to say was have a nice day and she walked away as i was talking to her.

I was close to visiting this property just to see if it could be a potential new apartment for me. After reading the reviews and seeing how unprofessionally the responses were given from this property is so sad I wouldn't give them the time of day. You're supposed to keep your tenets around not make them want to move or hate the place they decided to live. It's just sad to see a "professional" company operate like this.

It was about 2 months before, I had a review on Penny Lane Apartments. Regardless of very nice treatment by all staffs of this facility, I was not satisfied by the way they were helping their tenants for maintenance services. Now, it looks like, not only with me, but with all tenants, they have changed the approach and working style. I found that I was not heard before because of some communication gap. Now, all repair activities, if reported properly, are addressed in time and in proper manner. I appreciate Penny Lane Management for its cooperation to its tenants. I am here for last two years; it looks like, I love staying here for long periods in future too. I am also impepressed with the community and the general social environment in this facility.
