Let's start with the positives: The staff has always been friendly and helpful whenever I've seen them, and if you have a maintenance emergency, they do respond quickly. For apartments in Columbus, it's affordable and I particularly love how much kitchen space you get for that price. However, I've lived here about 1.5 years, and in that time frame I've accidentally gotten into the middle of a domestic dispute (someone from another department ran outside and begged for help-- I was stuck there until other people ended up calling the cops), had packages stolen from my door twice, had kids throw rocks at my window in an attempt to scare my pets, and had a neighbor decide the way to tell me to be quieter was to slam on my door and yell insults at me (I was exercising for a few minutes at 7pm). I realize none of that is the fault of the apartments themselves, and I would feel even less safe if there were always a police officer or someone standing outside, but I think it's important that people know what they may be getting into. It may also be possible to have more thorough background checks or something of that variety. It's also important to note that the floorboards are thin - or seemingly non-existent in some places where it just feels like carpet - so you will hear everything above and below you.

These people are the worst! I decided to post an updated review to follow up with the one I had posted in October. It has now been 6 MONTHS of calling, emailing, mailing through certified mail, submitting maintenance requests online, and in person to ask these clowns to fix serious issues. I have proof to show for it-but they don't care. In the 8th months that I have lived here, I have seen 3 different property managers in charge. The last guy lasted like 1 1/2 months before he had to go..what does that tell you? Maybe what drove him away was the amount of angry, frustrated tenants who are sick of taking these people's bullshi*t and not doing their jobs. Worst of all, they have the worst customer service people I have ever met, because they will straight up lie to you, ignore you on purpose, and make you feel stupid. If you thought of renting here, you might want to reconsider. They charge rent like it's a nice apartment complex, but I feel like I am living in the ghetto. Trash everywhere, EVERY day, the smell of nasty weed permeating in the parking lot, random strange cars that enter to the property and park to just hang out, even though they don't belong here. Loud cars coming in at like 2 am, blasting their music is normal. I’ve seen cop cars here several times. Did I mention that their “olympic pool and sundeck” is a lie? They advertise their pool, but I don't even know what it looks like or had the chance to use it because it has been being worked on for.....5 months? I can guarantee it won’t be fixed anytime soon because their main goal is to not spend any money doing any type of repairs. The laundry room is constantly trashed, and they charge you $3.00 per load for wash and dry. It’s also inconvenient to have to drag your laundry down to. Let me also warn you that what other people said is 100% true-the walls are paper thin, so you can literally hear private conversations your neighbors are having. You even get to hear them at at all hours of the night in the bedroom 🤢 Lastly, beware of their 28 page paper lease, where they threaten to charge you 2x your monthly rent if you dare to terminate the lease early, AND you have to give them 2 months notice before you leave. Well, what if they suck at their jobs and we have no choice? Joke is on us! Trying to reason or come to an agreement like normal, logical human beings is apparently impossible with them. *Fellow tenants: friendly advice..keep written records of all your requests to these people, document absolutely everything, send maintenance requests through certified mail, read up on tenant/landlord laws, etc. Don’t bother with phone calls, because it’s not a coincidence ALL calls are sent to voicemail at their office. If you do have the HONOR of talking to someone over the phone, they will most likely make empty promises to get you off the phone, so send them something written instead. If you have notified them of a serious issue already and no response, read up on the Ohio laws to make sure the issue is applicable, then call the #311 phone number for Ohio Code Enforcement. We need to make our voices heard. Trust me, I have done a LOT of research the past few months because of these people :) They have forced me to, after I realized that they are outright liars and scammers.

There is so much wrong with new management it's not even worth taking forever to write about. Five stars are for previous management. One star reviews are for current management ROCO. Issues presented in reviews are accurate , long time renters are on their way out.

Live here for 13 months. This is/was the best apartment place ever. This community is very nice the maintenance is on point they come right out when you call. everything is fixed in a timely matter. The property manager is lovely and communication is on point letting you know what is going on every step of the way. Now finally my neighbors are amazing when I moved in the came and introduced themselves and even brought over food. The point is we are a young couple and everyone is very welcoming and they continued with the same behaviors until the sad goodbye. I would recommend and if I didn't have other plan would still live here myself. Btw you can't here the freeway...it's actually not noisy at all at least not during my stay.

I don't even know. It's something that needs addressed but I don't know how soon. My roomate and I have a portable AC unit in our apartment they put there (without talking to us, and left no work order anything, it was just there after work Friday night) and it's only keeping the livingroom area cool sort of. Can't use AC because it's broken and leaks in the apartment under us. They never told us it was broken. And we don't want to get charged for the electric bill of having this thing running...ask for a portable AC. They gave it to us without saying anything they had better give you one if you ask.
Two summers with a dead swimming pool. 😭
See and hear them all the time
Don’t do it. Run. This place is awful.
