New property manager is REALLY helping to turn this place around. She really cares about the residents and is more than willing to work with people who need help. She's a no nonsense type of person so she is working hard to eliminate any riff raff / unsavory elements from the building.

It has been the worst living experience going from manager to manager and no one really caring to fix ANY issue. We have new management now, Hollie and every since she’s been here things has been improving majorly and I never thought I’d see that day. She’s getting the job done but also keeping stern I love it

Update: The positive reviews are fake. However, landlady is doing what she can. Lately strange events have taken place. Former hospital... somewhat creepy vibe. My account keeps getting hacked but that’s neither here nor there! So far I’ve seen a few janitors and maintenance personnel come and go since I’ve moved in the place. Rumor has it the building used to be a senior center as well. Overall it’s pretty quiet, neighbors are nice to one another. It wouldn’t look so bad inside if everyone would stop trashing the place!
