No Star. Fraudulent covid-19 test charges to my insurance 5 times. I have never done any site covid-19 tests.

ZERO STARS if I could. I have never done any testing at this facility and yet they charge my insurance every single month because they made a typo in their system and my member ID is close to another person's member ID. Three times this has already happened. My insurance company has been calling them every single month to correct this, however until they make the correction internally the charges will keep going through and my insurance company keeps needing to call them for correction. Phones keep ringing with no response. Absolutely unprofessional and disgusting practices.

I got a basic, PCR COVID test in December 2021 in NYC. It was sent to this laboratory, which first took longer to get my results back to me than promised, causing me to miss plans that I had carefully timed, then charged my insurance for three "services," one of which insurance says is a part of one of the other two services - aka a scam. I suspect this lab is taking advantage of a public health crisis.
