A very good Urgent Care who takes good care of people who are not feeling good. Thank you

Maryanne had a disgusting attitude. It seems that she had a problem dealing with my biracial family. She was uncaring and had horrible bedside manors. I would save yourself the trip and visit a different location.

Don't waste your time. I took my dad here on Saturday for a rash that is spreading. First the lady at the front desk insister on charging my father a 40 dollar copay which we informed her was not correct. After consulting with another employee, she realized that he did not need to pay a copay. Once put in a room, the physician came in for less than 30 seconds and looked at my fathers rash. She didn't introduce herself, didn't ask questions, and left the room. She comes back a few minutes with a folded script and tells my dad to get it filled. When I asked her what the diagnosis is, she said she wasn't sure and it looks like contact dermatitis. He has had no changes in his lifestyle to attribute to this. She gave him Predinisone for a rash that she has no idea what it is. Now my mother has the same rash and I have to make new appointments for both of them. Very negligent and terrible care!

Call them and ask, that's the only way to really know for sure. I know a bunch of places are closing for at least the day, although this might be an exception due to it being an urgent care center. But, then again, most people going there can wait 24 hours. Because if they can't wait a DAY even if it's uncomfortable, they really should be in the hospital not at urgent care
