We had a great experience living at The Mark. The staff was great, friendly, and helpful and the ammenities are also great. They had a few great social events while we lived there that were super fun and we met some very nice people. Our stay was only 4 months, but would highly recommend for any length of stay!

Close to the highway and 18 minutes from Fairfield metro to get to nyc The staff is great. Victor and team respond quickly to maintenance request and the property is well kept. I’m currently living in my third year and would recommend this place. It’s a more expensive then places around here but it’s worth it. The gym and pool are great perks. I really enjoy living here and the neighbors are great.

I've been at the Mark over a year now and I've had nothing but a Positive experience! Jen Dupount has always been there to answer any question or issue quickly and with a smile. Since day 1 Jen has always cordial and professional and at the same time making me feel welcome at the apartment complex. I would never hesitate to pick up the phone if I had an issue because I know that she would take care of it. In addition to Jen Dupount my review would not be complete without pointing out Victor for his quick response to Any maintenance issue. He is always prompt in responding and gets the job done without any inconvenience. Lastly, although Vallerie has moved on, I would like to thank her for being equally as professional and courteous. Overall I truly enjoyed my time at the Mark and would give the entire staff 10 stars!! Thank You!

My wife and I have had a wonderful 5 years here. We cannot say enough about the staff here. Jennifer has taken very good care of us The whole staff is great and wants to help however they can.We would highly recommend The Mark to anyone looking for an apartment. It is well maintained. It is probably the nicest places we have stayed in. Thanks for everything Jennifer.
