I took my vehicle to this location initially for a front window repair after getting a chip in the windshield. After leaving my window in their care, they made the crack worse and I then had to pay for a whole new windshield from them. I then noticed water pouring in from the passenger side whenever it rains or when I go through a car wash. I took it to safelite for a warranty replacement and they told me there is no leak and that they won’t replace it. I then take it to the dealership to see if the leak is coming from something structurally with my truck. Come to find out it is leaking from the windshield they put in and they took a video of it to show me exactly where it is leaking from. I am having the dealership replace it and will be having to pay an additional $650 since safelite “couldn’t find the leak”. I do not trust safelite anymore and will not be going back for my glass repair.

I wanted to wait before writing the review because I wanted to see if I would get less upset. Unfortunately, I am not happy with them overall. I saw their pricing was higher than others so assumed better quality. I scheduled my first visit on a Sunday and about 30 minutes after I left, they called and said they didn't have a molding so couldn't do the job. I came back the next week and they put the window in. Looked OK there but when I got home I noticed some scratches on the inside of the windshield around an area that had some sticky debris. I called them again and took it back a couple weeks later for a warranty repair and this time they had ordered two of the same molding instead of an upper and a lower so had to reschedule me a week later again. Through this whole process, I did not yell at anyone or get upset. The last straw was when I got the warranty repair, I could tell it was a super rush job. There was still tar and adhesive near the molding on the roof. There were also scratches put into the roof that my finger nail can catch so they are pretty deep. I had detailed my car after the first windshield so I know those scratches were not there before the windshield. I can not in good faith bring it back to them for a fifth time. In the end, I would have preferred them to not work on the car if they didn't want to do a good job and rush through everything. I'd seriously recommend you look elsewhere because the premium cost does not mean they will take care of you or do a good job.

Do not call them...90% of the time it will just direct you to the website. SO darn frustrating. They have tons of hidden fees. $50 mobile charge, $50 windshield recycling fee and $40 or more in sales tax. Expect all of that, they do not list those fees when you are scheduling your appointment and only tells you at the end when finished.

Excellent experience from start to finish. From being greeted by both the office admin and my technician to guidance for maintenance after the work was completed, the customer care could not have been better. Super happy with my experience and would highly recommend.

Questions & Answers

Does anyone know the local phone number that does not go into a recording? I need to speak someone here about work that was done on my suv and am now having problems because it was not done properly.

you can always stop into any shop and might get taken care of right away if simple. you at least can get an appointment set and a remedy in the works if it cannot be taken care of immediately. also if you go through the recording there should be an agent eventually and then you can always ask to be transferred to a local store. hope this helps.

I have a chip in my windshield less than a dime size how much do you charge to fill it in?

If you have glass insurance it cost nothing, other than that I don't know. Sorry.
