Ugh. I went inside because the drive thru was wrapped around the block. The staff was clearly over whelmed and the one girl was a bit snippy. I still ended up having to wait several min for my coffee even though there was no wait inside. And then it was cold.....

Not a great experience at all, not for Starbucks. First they made my coffee wrong-- ask for heavy cream they gave me whole milk. And my wife asked for a large ice water, the cashier acted like we're putting her out of her way. With about five people on staff in the morning they weren't busy it was a very very disappointing experience. If you don't like customer service don't work in it simple as that.

You would except the lids not to pop off & the drink to be shaken well when you pay over 7$ apiece! And it would be nice to know there aren’t any strawberries before you pay for. Also, you don’t get your tip $ back when you order ahead, get to the store, and it’s out-of-stock. Basically paid them to sit in their line for 20 minutes! This is 2 separate occasions. It just keeps getting worse each time!

I placed a mobile order for a nitro cold brew manager last week, and they were unable to make it. The manager was very friendly and polite and let me order an alternate without charging and even gave gift cards to make up for the trouble. Thank you, you made my day!
