The one plus the area was good & not far from where I went for a graduation. 1. Beds are very uncomfortable. 2. They were priced over 200.00 per day, so why charge adults a additional 12 bucks for a basic breakfast.? The hotel my sister was at cost half what I paid & gave free breakfast.. 🤷🏾 3. Cabinets under tv & where fridge was would not stay closed, so watch your shins. 4. Fridge did not get cold, I called front desk about it nothing was done. 5. Towel holder on inside of bathroom door was missing. 6. Bathroom tub was stained, so it looks dirty. Room 210, So don't take that room folks... So Nope will Not stay there again when I visit again.. I was there this pass Thursday to Saturday..

Great staff. This is the first hotel in the area I have stayed at that seemed to be taking Covid precautions seriously. All the others didn't seem to be doing much. Either the hand sanitizer stations were not functioning properly or empty. Employees even though it may suck to wear a mask were still doing it. Also the room and entirety of the hotel was actually quite clean. I am picky about that, so that should tell you how clean it was.

Everything in this hotel is broken and out of order. The espresso machine downstairs in the lobby is out of order. The hot tub is closed and out of order. The mini fridge in my room wasn’t working. The ice machine on my floor was out of order. They were not doing hot breakfast at all. There was lukewarm water for the first 45 seconds of my shower then it was cold. The elevators are screechy, wobbly and downright scary to ride on. The floor was wet in one of them all evening and no one mopped it up, just placed a wet floor sign on it until the next morning when I saw it was still in the elevator car. I don’t know if there’s a maintenance crew at all or if the one they have just needs to be replaced. The staff I’ve seen is friendly but that’s about it. If you’re expecting the nice, comfortable stay that the name Hilton usually ensures, you won’t get it here. There’s 5 or 6 other hotels that share a parking lot with this one, maybe try one of those.

We booked this hotel because it had a pool. After a long drive, the kids were looking forward to it. When we got there, the lady at the desk said that it didn’t open for another three days. She additionally told us that breakfast was complimentary, which is incorrect. You will pay over $10 for breakfast, with dried, crusty oatmeal. The floors in our room were disgusting, and sticky. We will not be staying in this hotel again. It’s overpriced for the value, and the only reason that I gave it 2 starts is because the air conditioning worked, and it had hot water. Don’t waste your time here.
