On a positive note, I really liked the IPad check in and I received great and prompt service from the front desk. However, when I was brought back it went down hill very fast. I am not sure if I saw a Dr ( doubt it) or a NP, but it was extremely unprofessional. I am still very confused by how I went to a Dr’s appointment and was not even touched by a medical professional other than a blood pressure check when my symptoms included ear and throat pain. I am 5 months pregnant with what I’m guessing is a pretty bad sinus infection, who knows I wasn’t checked for anything, and the practitioner asked me if it was really THAT BAD. Then told there was nothing they could do. I am now having horrible ear pain so 2 days later I will be paying for another Dr’s appointment but definitely not here!

Came into this urgent care due to Ankle pain. The staff was very helpful. The Receptionist Jaquonia and BeeBee we're very patience in helping with paper work as so with my insurance. Getting to the back, the staff took action. They did X-Rays, made sure I left with an Ankle wrap to support my stability for walking. I was still a little concern on the condition of my ankle, that's when Shay and Sara explained to me what a referral was and how it'll help that another Physician can look into my situation a little deeper. I give this Clinic a 5 out of 5. They truly care about the patient's needs and concerns. Everyone was welcoming and optimistic about the visit. I will be coming back for another great service.
