This is a great place they are very polite and professional and they make you feel comfortable. The atmosphere is relaxing and enjoying your time to relax. They take most insurance . The frist visit to see about getting a set of dentures is about what's involved and how many settings or visits it will take and how much it will cost to see if your insurance will cover it all or not if not they have a finance plan. I was sold on it taking 2 weeks or less to get my teeth then after I paid I was told take up to 4 times that but was assured that that was just the computer that it would act take the 2 weeks or less! Well 2 week after I go get my wax fitting and to finalize after finishing I am told I can pick them up in 3 more weeks I am very upset that I trusted these people with my money and my self esteem only to have both destroyed. I was then told very rudely by the lady that sold me the plan that they wouldn't do them any faster and that they were just gonna refund my money and that I should go somewhere else.why couldn't she have been upfront about the time frame and let me make an informed decision instead of wasting almost a month of my life and time. No one should have to feel like this you are supposed to be able to trust your doctor with your well being physically and mentally I am very upset and will discourage any one from going all I wanted was to be able to smile again after 14 years I will call the owner and tell them of my story!

I have a phobia concerning dental work and I have Panic Disorder. The staff at Aspen were courteous, comforting, and made my visit much less stressful. I had oral surgery and Dr. White explained everything she was doing during the procedure. I have other dental work to be done and I will definitely be returning to Aspen for it! No you may have to use powder for glue. I still have my temp denture and use fixodent powder. Have no problems with the glue.

Give them back there dentures and go to a different dentist. I've been 17 months working with them and they could never get them right. Got a refund and got a better set made. Sorry but they do a very poor job.
They have several different plans. A consultation visit will provide you with everything you need to know. They'll even check for you how much your insurance will cover and will give you a printed invoice showing exactly what your cost will be. They're nice, friendly and very helpful.
