Critical Critique

It smelled and looked very clean. The receptionist was very friendly and their breakfast menu and coffee options were nice. The room was very clean and the shower was divine.

Nice hotel. A but overpriced but a good selection of restaurants in the vicinity and a Lowes. We went to Mellow Mushroom for pizza and beers. I stay at a lot of courtyard Marriotts and this one was great but it wasn't bad either.

Positive: Large Lobby. Negative: Were to start. Restaurant & Bar closed; would have booked elsewhere!! "Snack Area" had next to nothing. Staff rude and not helpful. No USB ports in room, not even on the TV. Water took forever to warm up. Old food in drawers from previous guests.

Very disappointing could be a nice hotel but does not appear the management cares about the guests, no hot water, adjust the temp control doesn't work reservations messed up, halls are dirty CLOTHES FROM OTHER VISITORS STILL IN MADE BED! Floor was actually more comfortable. No mangers or maintenance that can be contacted. Like I said could be a very nice hotel but it appears the owners/mangers are cutting corners or just don't care
