Appalling. Our two day parcel which was supposed to go to NC went to Puerto Rico. The store has no remorse for their terrible mis-handling. No refunds since it’s ‘not guaranteed.’ Why would we pay $130 for a parcel which will take 8 days to arrive? Its sad when USPS could have handled this better. The attendant at the store said she couldn’t open a case because it would be a hit towards their store. Pathetic.

I just moved to Colorado and needed address to ship my items. I chose this location because it’s closer to where I stay. The store is currently located on a temporary location so I can see lots going on. Their store manager, Matthew is incredible! He went out of his way to make sure I receive both of my packages.

Yes you can send documents and copies. Its less expensive than I thought too.
Yes. We provide that service for customers. We also advise customers on what the best drop off option is for them.
