Set an appointment last night around 8pm on the website. Dropped my work van off at 730am had it back by 1030am. My tech was very polite and gave me clear directions. No issues would recommend!

This place need to be professional with their work order. I did 3 appointment with them and everytime I go there or call them, I have to explain why I'm there and what they told me they supposed to do that day. Nobody know. On the 3rd appointment, my car dealership fix my windsheild calibration which by the way, theyre the one sent me there to make my car dealership fix what they can't " to recalibrate the windshield " and they will pay. Well, before the dealership start working on my window , they need to know who's paying for it. I called them and same thing. Nobody know about me going there and payment claim. It's was a headache. Note that I already paid what I owe to safelite, and Safelite suppose to pay my dealership to calibrate my window because I already pay what I owe but they can't fix it which is something I can't understand why they ask me to pay something that it's not finished yet. Learn something knew with this guys. After 3 weeks past with my window done and completed, I keep checking my bank online to see if they pull out the money from my account that I paid them "4 weeks ago" and it's still there. I call them " hopefully for the last time", to check if my money is worth anything and they say they still waiting for me to bring my car in, to recalibrate the windsheild for me and I missed my appointment they made for me. Like I have to start from the beginning again and most importantly nobody call me to make any appointment and also my car is done, finished, and period. I don't need anymore appointment. By the way, the money was pulled out just less than 1 hour after I talk to them. And the dealership told me that who ever took out my windshield from the first time at safelite, twist the camera and that's why they couldn't recalibrate it, they have to blame the type of windsheild they tried. 2x in all. What pissing me of are twice they called me to pick up my car because it's done and when I get there, they say, oh it's not fixed yet, and also that time they acting like they don't know who's suppose to pay the dealership. Like wth guys. Should my insurance know what they sending people into?

It's impossible to just call this place and get a quote. All calls go to a answering service. This service puts you through excessive amounts of questions and then you still don't get to your local Safelite staff. It seems if your not using insurance to pay for your repair or replacement your not going to have much luck with Safelite. It's disappointing because they do good work and stand behind it as well.

Yes, they will come to you. There is a small up charge for it but I think its only like $25 or so. I'm assuming it's based on how far they have to go. I don't think you're car insurance covers that part of it though. Good luck, i just replaced my windshield for the 2nd time in a year. And for such a small window, it sure is expensive and i wasn't impressed with the last location i went to. I'll use the one over by Garden of the Gods again before i use the one off Pike's peak again. They were rude and i had a lot of problems even after telling them that my one sensor for my alarm was on that window and was assured at least 5 times it wouldn't be an issue...... Trust me, it was an issue. Again, good luck sweetie.....
Im not 100% but they have several locations so I'd feel pretty safe that if you called the 800 number, they could find a location close to you that could get you in pretty guickly...... Good luck! I went through that with a little Jeep Wrangler window and it was more than thr window on my friends Impala!!
