Yes.... I called the 800 number to set up an appointment and they contacted my insurance company for me and stayed on the line while the claim was set up. It took under 10 minutes and was painless. They day of my appointment, all I did was drop my Jeep off and pick it up 2 hours later. Just signed my name...... Now my experience at that location was terrible. But my first experience with Safelite was extremely pleasant. Just don't use the Pike's Peak location!! Good luck, sorry about your window....
