I have been living at The Brandron at Easton for about 3 years now and overall I would give them a C. The outside used to look a lot worse than what it does now. They have made efforts to make it look better. I have had a few issues with them in the past. They had misread my rental check and put it in for a lesser amount when the correct amount was clearly written out on the check and refused to correct the issue. There were times when my neighbors had left trash outside my door and they mistook it for my own and charged me for it. In addition, the lease clearly states that after 3 noise complaints you are violating your lease and the tenant is to be evicted. I had called in 5 different complates and nothing had been done about it until the 6th time when I provided recordings and even then all they did was transfer the tenants to a different unit. Which is fine, however, I feel as if they are going to provide special treatment for them then they should do it for others as well. They pick and choose who they decide to bend the rules for. I had called into the office a few months back asking if they accepted emergency rental assistance, even though they have in the past; hey said that this was a corporate rule and refused to hear my side. Whenever I put in a maintenance request it is completed in less than 48 hours. The location itself is not the best, crime has increased since I have moved in, including various shootings and car break ins.

Its a wonderful place to live at and very nice landlords and manager and a great community to live at and plus you can walk to easton town center and to best buy and Walmart and SAM's club.

Not worth the rent, stress, or the inconvenience . 04/03/2022 pretty community that’s all they care about is the landscaping literally!!’ All they care about is lawn care and the physical exterior of the building property. Do you mind a $200+ light bill each month due to terrible installation?… or do you want your car broken in or car window busted? This community has no security what’s so ever and there’s no effort an getting any .. I’ve been living here for 4+ years and still live here.. managements very nice and friendly but TRILOGY the property owner doesn’t value safety. Be prepared to install personal security even though this the Easton area . This community has declined over the last 4 years ,, in every aspect.
