I met Erik Noyd for the first time when I went to my Condo in Kirkland, WA.Before this thing happened, I received a couple of postcard from him announcing he sold the condo below me. I talked to the HOA President of our bldg and he spoke very highly of Erik.We had a meeting shortly afer and I was impressed with Erik the first time I met him after he was recommended by our HOA President in the bldg.
