Even though I never like taking my puppy into a urgent care, because it means something is wrong, I like taking her here. The clinic is clean but not sterile looking and the exam rooms are comfortable. The front desk has been so friendly and helpful both times I've been, offering water for my pup on a very hot evening recently. The vet technicians are also super helpful and knowledgeable, one recognizing right away with a short exam what our problem/concern was (it was nothing actually wrong) and even said that unless I wanted a more thorough exam done by the vet they wouldn't even charge me! The vet I've seen is also knowledgeable and kind, reassuring while she looks over puppy. Even though it's never a good thing to go to an urgent vet, coming here has been so far a pleasant experience.

Our cat Stevie was refusing to eat and seemed to be declining quickly. The Urgent Care staff fit her in within 2 hours of my call and were very kind. They examined her, carefully explained their findings, discussed potential changes to her meds, and taught me how to administer subcutaneous fluids to keep her comfortable until she could see her primary care veterinarian. We were very happy with the cleanliness of the facility, the friendliness of the staff, and the quality of care.

I took my newly adopted cat, Gordon, to this animal hospital because I was worried he may be sick. The staff was so kind and very thorough with their examination process. The facility smelt very nice (like lavender?) and the music was calming. The cost of visit seemed pretty reasonable for an urgent care visit, although I don’t have much experience at other vets to compare it to. Thank you to the staff for bringing me peace of mind and taking care of my baby.

We love our visits with Dr. Estrada. We have two senior dogs and he treats both them and us with the utmost respect. He is a great listener, offers multiple solutions, is caring, and has such a kind bedside manner. Couldn’t ask for a better vet who is thorough and follows up and just loves what he does. We are so lucky to have him as our vet!
