My experience here was about what I expected. There was a wait of about 30 minutes. The staff that helped me did his best to navigate a tricky situation, which meant I was there for like 2 hours total while he called some support line. I think that they did their best but the whole process of switching to Verizon and buying a phone was surprisingly difficult. This was my third visit and my second store in trying to get this done. This store seems as good as any.

This was my 2nd time in the past 2 yrs that I visited the Redmond store in Bear Creek Village their service is amazing! Both times I was quickly greeted and helped by Cheyenne. She is knowledgeable, professional, patient, kind and personable. What an outstanding employee!!

I'm a caregiver. I brought my patient, Daniel Goodisman, in to the Verizon store in Redmond, Washington, to either fix or replace his phone that was no longer able to be activated. The young gentleman that helped him was very accommodating and suggested that it was time for another phone. Daniel purchased an Android just like the one I own! I can now help him with the new phone because I know all about it, but the young assistant did all the preliminary set up work for Daniel. Thank you for the care, concern and respect with which your employees handle each customer! I have recently relocated to Redmond to act as a live-in caregiver for Daniel, who is on a Verizon plan with his Dad, Leonard and his Mom, Nancy Goodisman. I just wanted to say thank you to Sydney T. Today I went to Verizon emotionally exhausted and distressed because of the issues I've been having with my NEW phone. I purchased a Samsung phone a few weeks ago and was having massive issues. I never received incoming calls, my out going calls would drop after 2 minutes, the phone would ding but messages (mostly for work) would never load. This phone was causing massive stress in my work and family life. After two visits from the internet folks I realized it was the phone. Since I had the box and was convinced the phone was a total lemon, Sydney listened to my issues and took a few minutes to research what she could do. I was close enough to the return window Sydney was able to make some exceptions to exchange my month old lemon for a different phone. She was amazing, I think she could tell I didn't have the capacity for small talk and just sat silently with me while we set up the new phone. I'd never been to the Redmond location before but I'm super grateful and will be back :)

Yes, as long as it is not an exclusive T-Mobile prepaid phone. I bought a phone from a friend and went into the Verizon store and asked them to set it up for me and they were happy to help. I would suggest that to avoid being frustrated with doing it yourself! 😊
