Great service. I wasnt happy with my prescription glasses initially and i think i have left a negative feedback however it turns out the problem was with the prescription itself not with the quality of lenses or how it was put together. They have been very helpful to identify the problem and patiently cooperated and waived the redo charges etc. I can highly recommend this branch, Allison and Shaw and some others i cant remember their name they all have been very accommodating.

I walked inside and was helped by Alex. I told him “I want to buy a new pair of glasses in less than an hour and for $100.” I was out in 20 min, and spent $99! LensCrafters makes me very happy today. I pick my glasses up in a week, (5/21/22) and they will text me when it’s ready. Go see Alex!

We were in a jam with my son’s glasses we had recently purchased, Rudina took very good care of us. She made sure we got what we needed. We’ll be back again! Great service, it’s obvious she manages this team well.

I recently was fitted for a pair of prescription sunglasses. I went to the local store here in CA and sent the info to my sister (it was a gift) in the Redmond store. She worked with Scott to help me get the right specs I wanted for my glasses. I had picked out a frame I liked of a name brand sunglasses manufacturer but I couldn't get a progressive lens from the name brand. Scott told me that LensCrafter could make the lens I wanted and put it in the frame. He said he couldn't put the logo on the lens but I told him that didn't matter to me. Scott made me the perfect lenses and had the pair sent down to LA for me to pick. I'm happy and my girlfriend is happy so it's a win! Thanks, Scott.

Questions & Answers

What should I bring to my eye exam?

You should bring your vision insurance and medical insurance information to your eye exam. If you currently wear any prescription lenses, bring your eyeglasses, sunglasses, and contact lenses. You should also bring any and all questions you may have. Contact your optometrist if you have specific questions about any additional items you think you may need to bring to your eye exam.

Why should I get an eye exam?

An annual eye exam involves more than just updating your glasses or contact prescription. A comprehensive eye exam can also detect eye health issues as well as general health problems. Conditions such as diabetes and high blood pressure can be detected in early stages through an eye exam, and this can result in early treatment. Schedule your annual eye exam today.

What is the difference between an eye exam and a vision screening?

LensCrafters | Aug 16, 2021

A comprehensive eye exam is administered by an optometrist and can detect not only vision problems but problems with eye health and general health as well. A vision screening is typically performed by a general medical practitioner such as a pediatrician or a nurse. While a vision screening can help identify vision issues, it can miss many important issues that a comprehensive eye exam can identify. This is why everyone is encouraged to get annual eye exams. Schedule your eye exam today!

Is a contact lens exam different than an eye exam?

LensCrafters | Aug 16, 2021
LensCrafters | Aug 16, 2021

A normal, comprehensive eye exam will allow your optometrist to determine if your eyes are healthy enough to wear contact lenses. During your contact lens fitting, detailed measurements of your eyes will be taken to determine the right contact lenses for you. There is an additional fee for a contact lens fitting and evaluation for all contact lens patients (both new and established patients). Schedule your eye exam today to have all of your questions about contact lenses answered.

How do I know if my child needs glasses?

LensCrafters | Aug 16, 2021
LensCrafters | Aug 16, 2021

Taking your child to an optometrist for an eye exam is the best way to learn if your child needs glasses. Many children who need glasses aren’t aware that they do. Signs of vision problems in children include sitting too close to the television, squinting, sensitivity to light, difficulty with eye-hand coordination, and avoiding visual activities like reading and drawing. To see if your child needs glasses, schedule your child’s eye exam today.

If I have a prescription, what does it cost for a pair of glasses? May I get it the same day?

Kathleen Cartee | Aug 16, 2020

Depends on the frames you pick and what lenses you want and your insurance coverage as far as price goes, also depends on how busy they are. You can usually get them in a week or the same day if you're really really nice

some kind of lens coating is coming of the glasses. there are spots all over the glass/plastic Is there a place to take them and have them re coated. or do they have to be replaced
