Whenever I drive past this placeI always wondered what is this place? After few months of moving to Seattle area I decided to step into this place and I started buying fruits and I was surprised to see the quality of were really good. Now I find the following items really good Their spice selection is fresh and you can buy smaller quantities too Their fruits and veggies selection is fresh and good I like the store branded ice cream that come in flavors like cherry, vanilla, blueberry.

Just returned from the Redmond Store. Went in at 9AM because they had RibEye Steaks on sale. I get back to the meat department and they are all gone. Ok i can come back later I continue shopping. Salads, milk, mushrooms and I picked up 6 bottles of wine that were on sale. I go to the hard Alcohol section and it is all locked up which is fine. Sign says push button for service except the button is long gone. I go down to the other push button sign and that button is dead. I try to find help and no one is around. I wander all the way down to meats and cant find anyone. Double check to see if the steaks made it out. Nope! So I wander back to alcohol and no one to be found. I finally decided enough is enough. Left my cart in the aisle and went to Safeway. This Fred Meyer is terrible.

Still getting back to 'normal' after the pandemic, but customer service is still very limited. No blame intended... just staying in business was a huge achievement for any business, especially a huge one like the conglomerate that Fred Meyer became part of.

Good prices and selection. We ended up walking out and not buying anything because the lines were as long as the isle. Would probably take at least 45 minutes to check out. They need to hire and staff more people immediately!!!
