I came here on a Thursday morning just for a trial day and was very pleasantly surprised with my experience. The gym makes incredible use of its modest footprint, and in my opinion, does not feel cramped. There are plenty of free weights and machines to appeal to lifters of all levels. Free weights include two sets of dumbells up to 100s, kettlebells, three olmypic benches and several flat benches, two incline benches, two full cages/olympic platforms, and tons more. There is plenty of capacity at cardio machines, group fitness room, and stretching area. Locker rooms and showers are pleasantly upscale, clean, and well-stocked. The staff and patrons are kind and considerate. Bonus: massage guns! This gym is totally worth checking out. The only thing that worries me is how crowded it will get during peak hours. I'll just have to wait and see after I come a few more times as a member!

I really enjoy this gym. Staff is friendly and they have a lot of equipment so you usually get what you are looking for. Granted I go here mid-day so not sure how it is at night. But I recommend coming here if you are looking for a gym in the area.

Honestly it’s just a gym. Nothing really sets it apart besides the fact that they had a pretty big SAUNA. Which I absolutely loved. They took the sauna out and I honestly don’t think they realize how many member loved that sauna. If they put one back in I’d come back as a member. Bad move sf fitness

Staff are kind, equipment well maintained. The gym isn't entirely body positive (the workout sections are identified with images of very muscular men, which isn't what everyone is going for). For people who are just getting into fitness, it may feel a bit intimidating and unwelcoming. Overall, it's a solid gym that I think can be a bit more inclusive. Again, staff are great. I also agree with the others that it was really sad to hear they removed the sauna. This was such an amazing part of the facility; so many good conversations and a very critical part of my wellness routine. I sincerely hope they reconsider and bring it back.

I've seen a lot of seniors there, it's certainly senior friendly. Perhaps it's not advertised but worth it to inquire via phone or stopping by.
This location has no parking, but I never have an issue finding parking close by. Plenty of parking meters and street parking options.
