This is a true gem in Bellevue! Mac at Firaash has been nothing but wonderful throughout the purchase journey. He is extremely patient and courteous explaining all types of furniture configuration and pricing. The showroom is full of stylish, stunning and high-quality furniture. My sofa had a minor tear issue during delivery. Max and his crew turned this incident into a truly memorable CX - he let me order a new set, use the old one while waiting for the shipment for the new set. He could take less remediation measures but he chose to offer so much more. I would strongly recommend anyone who is shopping, thinking about shopping/upgrading furniture to drop a visit to this incredible store.

I have been to this place once to check out their couches. Didn't get any then but decided to pay a visit when the time came to buy a dining set. They did have quite some variety but we were restricted due to the color of our home wall and floor color. Aslam was very helpful in showing the different sets, brought some chairs from the back of the store for us to check the different combinations, and was readily available for us to provide his inputs. He was instrumental in our decision making to purchase a dining set here. the delivery team was also a good and professional guys. If you haven't been to this place, please do check it out once. I love their couches and styles.

We bought two modern floor/table lamp from Firaash Furniture Store and placed them in our living room. These lamps feature a built-in foot-switch dimmer to turn on 100%, dim to 50%, then to 30%, and again to turn off. They look beautiful with all 3 different brightness settings. Mac (the owner) is very friendly, professional and not pushing at all. Will highly recommend this store to all our friends and families in the area.

Best customer service in PNW hands down. We were looking for a couch for our living room. We looked everywhere from big box retailers to boutique furniture stores and our search ended at Firaash furniture. The owner Aslam (also goes by Mac) is the nicest person you will meet and he patiently explained the furniture specs and the modern styles he carries. He went an extra mile and worked out a price point that matched our budget (including delivery). Thank you again Mac for your help and I see myself buying more furnitures from your store in future.
