Zero stars! They literally do nothing! What is the purpose of this office? I’ve called 5 times to speak to someone and not once have I received a call back!!

I was so surprised at how wonderful the people who work here truly are. Coming from another county, I had no faith that this human services division would be any help at all. But , to encounter such kind, quick to respond, and follow thru with not only help I desperately needed to survive, but way more I didn't even know I needed. Everyone, I mean everyone, Georjette, Darlene, Helen , Erin that I've encountered in the last year and a half since I lost everything, have treated me with with professional kindness, efficiency like no other, and well literally saved my life more than a couple of times. I so want to get on my feet, get my life on track and make them proud of me, but due to health issues and other factors I have not been able to. Hope someday to show them their time and efforts were not wasted. God bless you all.

Deadbeat dads live and prosper freely in Colorado. Can't squeeze out a dime in 3 years. Pathetic enforcement, no payments, no sanctions. New house, New wife, New boat, New camper, New truck. Same $14,000 Child support debt. You should be ashamed. Update: Colorado whined to NJ that I called them and left a message. They called me and my probation officer handling my case to let us know that it was a violation of federal law. They also told her that they were not going to enforce the case or do any collection on it, despite a federal law stating the obvious contrary fact that child support collection is enforceable and reciprocal through all of the 50 States. It is also a violation of federal law for a man who owes over $10,000 in arrears to flee the state he owes it in to avoid having to pay, and seek refuge in a state that does not enforce federal law. Now I need to hire a lawyer because they REFUSE to do their job DESPITE FEDERAL LAWS. Colorado you're a joke. 🤣🤣🤣😭😭😭

Paid caregiver for whom? It is a different agency than child support services. Medicaid pays for family caregivers through Medicaid waivers. Look up Colorado Medicaid Long Term Care, IHSS program EBD waiver (elderly, blind and disabled), spinal cord injury (SCI) for adults, or home and community based services (HCBS) for children. HCBS waiver, EBD waiver, SCI waiver searches will give websites with instructions and guidelines.

Can someone take full custody of a child if not biological parent and this person wouldn't let child go for paternity test and only go for their own DNA sample l?

Can you further explain the question? If a child has lived with you for at least 6 months you can try to get full custody through the courts but the parents have to be willing to sign over their rights or at least custody.

I am the grandmother of two children whose parents lost custody of the kids to the mother's parents. My husband and I are trying to locate the mother's parents and discuss us being able to see the kids. How would we go about locating them?

I hate to say but I think your only option would be to contact a private investigator. You might be able to get a copy of the cout documents if you know the court house it was handeled through and track them down that way.
