The staff was decent. I had to take a ua there. Showed up 10 minutes to closing, along with 3 other people, and you could tell they were used to that but weren't too bad lol. The whole thing was quick, took 5 min from when i stepped into the room and when i left. I noticed they have a stick in a bucket of bleach (which seems kinda gross to me, but luckily they didn't make me use it.

It's a busy location. Staff is fine people just like to complain it's not a hotel you don't get a butler heated toilet seats none of that go take your test and get on with your life. If you didn't get in trouble you wouldn't have anything to complain about.

Very dirty. From the lobby to the seats in the waiting area, and don't get me started on the bathrooms! Gross especially while we're still dealing with covid.

Yes, that vile place doesn't care who has to come there as long as you got money. Most of the staff is rude and indifferent, it's only a few of those order followers that's down to earth in rmoms....
Yes, lunch breaks are staggered so there's always coverage BUT, try not to go at lunchtime if you can help it. The wait is a bit longer if you do. Happy UA'ing😉
