I tore up my knee in a cycling accident and went to the UCHealth ER for treatment. I was given the best possible care by the doctors, nurses, and attendants. They communicated well, were courteous, and ensured that I was provided with every reasonable test to properly assess my injury. Yes. When someone is roomed in the ER they normally can have people visit them. I would say there is room for 2-3 people with patient comfortably but not enough for a large group in the room. Most times if a patient is in critical care or in a trauma room you will not be allowed to visit until they are stabilized. Hope this helps!
There is a security check in mask must wear they will give u one if needed. Wait is 15 minutes. Fast and friendly service from all of the staff. One of the best hospitals I have ever been in . I would recommend it 100% for anyone.
