Went in for fathers day. They were short staffed so they only did To-Go orders. They staff up front were nice and clearly doing the best they could. We wanted to eat just outside. Initially we were told they could keep our order To-Go open and we could come back in to fulfill the bottomless offer. This sounded great as it meant we wouldn't waste food. However, when we came back in management decided otherwise. The ability to get even a 2nd side for a qualifying bottomless order was now gone. Now To-Go orders meant no longer bottomless. My family ( especially my 8 year old son who was excited about the bottomless fries ) left quite a bit hungrier than expected. They were unable to do anything to correct their no longer correct initial communication. We greatly appreciated them being there to be open. Yet, would have decided not to order if we correctly told from the start that bottomless was not honored for any To-Go orders. EDIT: 5 stars now instead of 2. GuestSupport responded to my emails in about a day. They were helpful with alerting this restaurant and help fixing my experience.

They reserve most of the front parking spaces for delivery drivers and make the paying in house customers park further away. All while the delivery drivers use the handicapped parking. COVID restrictions have opened up so should your parking.

A good place for burgers with many options. With burgers they have options for pizzas, sandwiches and wraps as well. The customers can choose to have a vegetarian, chicken or beef based patty for any of their burgers. Most of the sides are bottomless and many of the beverages too. The milkshakes are delicious with quite some quantity. Our server Jessica was good, friendly and patient as we were a larger group took some time to order. There were many tables available by the time we got there around 8:00 PM on a Saturday evening. But make sure to call ahead and reserve a table. There are many parking spaces available as well.

First, the good stuff: our server, Wade, was AWESOME. He was friendly, funny, professional, and kept us up to date on our order. Loved him! Our food tasted great! Now. The bad stuff: we were only a party of 2, and the restaurant was almost empty. However, our order of 2 burgers and onion rings took over 40 minutes to arrive! Totally unacceptable! And when our order DID arrive, we each got 5...that's right, FIVE onion rings! The burgers DID taste great. That leads us to the worst part, the BATHROOMS. Both bathrooms smelled worse than a dirty gas station restroom, and check out the picture of one of the electrical outlets in the women's room! It looked like it was straight out of the set of one of the "Saw" movies! Despite the great service from Wade, the experience was not pleasant and we will not be back to this location.

There is one family allowed in the lobby at a time, masks required. The patio is open and masks are off there. I don't know if they require covid negative tests for staff.
There are no plans to close during construction according to Red Robin.
