After a day touring in the Rockies we headed back towards Fort Collins and a casual restaurant to get some dinner. We were either too late for lunch or too early for dinner until we saw 415 which was open for business. We were spefically looking for a healthy and creative menu with vegetarian options so we headed straight over. They weren't crowded, parking available on street or in their own small lot and we were seated immediately. We chose outdoors as it was a pleasant day and their courtyard had shade and wind protection. The menu was varied and there were many appealing options. Wait staff was prompt, efficient and friendly. I ordered Blackened Cauliflower steak with organic polenta, sautéed greens and roasted red pepper sauce. My wife and son had Mediterranean Quinoa Bowls, one with Salmon and one with chicken added on top. I also order a glass of Pinot Noir. We shared a couple of orders of a very dense chocolate tort for dessert. Everything was fantastic! One of the best healthy meals in a restaurant on the front range in a long time. Excellent friendly staff and inviting atmosphere. We will return!

So delicious! I drive by this place all the time and decided to give it a try one afternoon. I sat on the patio outside and ordered the BBQ Chicken Quinoa Bowl, it was so incredible I’ve even tried recreating it at home but my version doesn’t taste half as good as theirs does. Servers were all so kind and attentive as well.
