My husband and I stopped by two times this summer but would leave because the fountain drinks machines were broken. Not just one but both of them! Today, the machines worked. But there were no clean forks. The food area was heavily cross contaminated and messy. The sauce area had oils and sauces on the floor and counters. I give 1 star to the friendly cook with short blond hair and no beard, 1 star for tasty food and 1 star for quick plate cleanup. But for $47 for 2 people, I would expect consistently working drink machines , plenty of clean forks and cleaner restaurant.

You can create any meat and veggie combination to your liking. Add ladled seasonings and oils. Then they will cook it all up for you on their large griddle.

I wish a zero was possible. I went here today. My first time ever at a HuHot and was promptly informed that my SERVICE dog who I need to be able to live and function independently was NOT ALLOWED. In fact I was informed by the hostess that they don’t allow service dogs AT ALL. The ADA has been informed because this is illegal.

Masks, hand sanitizer at the head of the buffet. Everything is cooked to order, cooks are wearing gloves.
There is very little seafood there, but normally, there is pork, chicken, or beef thinly sliced and usually in almost frozen state to keep it cold. There is imitation crab meat as an option, as well. Meats are the first options, then noodles. There are 3 types of noodles and then the veggies. The last thing you put on top is the oil, sauces and a few nuts to sprinkle on top. I was told that since there is sea food and nut allergies for some people, that's why it is set up that way. People can have the entire grill cleaned off if they have allergies. I hope that helps. BTW, lunch buffet is cheaper than supper prices at night.
