The only card I had wasn't working. There was no other effort to get me through the car wash on my lunch except "to drive to their other location". I had my phone which had that card set up for contactless payment but they don't offer that there.

No this one does not have mat cleaners. The East Loveland location is the only location with mat cleaners.
