While we had originally fallen in love with the place, that changed a few weeks into moving here. I came home to a roof leak and a flood from the patio door. This went on for nearly 9 months before the roof was fixed. The door is still awaiting repairs. It seems the vendor didn't finishe the work and didn't get paid so they won't come out and fix it. This has been the issue now for 9 months! Then we have the whole month of March where we cannot access a patio that we pay extra rent to have. We have also been left with no AC during heat waves, heat during the cd storms, hot water off for 2 days and it seems the issues here never end. When you are paying nearly $4k for rent, you expect your place to be a little more livable. The staff, depending on who get, has different answers or none at all. So this week I deal with someone trying g to steal my headlights out of car in the parking lot. It's been 3 days and I've still not received a response. I doubt we will renew our lease here.

This review is a shoutout to Cooper! I had a wonderful touring and application experience for 625 Broadway. It was such a pleasure seeing this stunning building and all it has to offer. Cooper answered my many questions in such a timely and thorough manner. I decided to rent at another place purely due to timing and the availability of my preferred floorplan. But if anything goes sideways at the place I chose, I'll be running to move here. The soul and beauty of the buildings, the plentiful amenities, and professionalism of the staff are unmatched.

This property is immaculate. The staff take excellent care of every detail. It is well designed, clean and has a lovely charm. You can walk everywhere and it's close to so much of the wonderful things SD has to offer. The furnished studio is particularly great. It comes equipped with everything you need and feels homey the second you move in. Love it!

I've had a great experience moving and settling in so far. The apartment, common areas, and amenities are modern, clean and maintained very well (I actually look forward to citronella aroma in the elevators). Management and staff are very professional. José from maintenance has been real quick to respond and fix minor issues I've come across. My only gripe has been trying to figure out how to drown out the street noise from outside since I often work from home.
